Return & Exchange Policy

At Gleam Luxury by DM, we aim to provide you with the highest quality products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return Request Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Receipt/Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Opened or used makeup or cosmetics

  • Perfumes that have been unsealed

  • Skincare items that are opened

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or sale items marked as "Final Sale"


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective or damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect item sent

If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a similar one (if stock allows), email us at gleamluxury2025@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return was part of a free-shipping order, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation
